Players Unable to Download New Video Files

Resolved

Starting 2025-11-26 at 7PM UTC, some newly uploaded video files were not available to be downloaded by players.

This resulted in an increased number of download errors in the player status page as well as the players failing to synchronize their content.

Around 2% of players were affected.

The issue has been solved and the players are now synchronized.
